(5.4) Which third party cookies are used on this website?

(5.4.1) Use of Google Invisible reCAPTCHA

On this website (subsite contact) an invisible reCAPTCHA from Google is implemented to protect our contact data from spambots. As a result, user activities are also recorded and forwarded to Google. Use of the invisible reCAPTCHA is subject to Google LLC's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. When you block Goolge cookies you can not contact us via the enquiry form anymore.

Alternatively, you can also make an enquiry via our e-mail address, which you will find in the header and footer of the website.

(5.4.2) Use of YouTube videos

YouTube offers the setting "Advanced Privacy Mode" when embedding videos. For videos on this website, this setting has been activated. You can recognize this by the domain "https://www.youtube-nocookie.com". If extended privacy mode is enabled, Youtube will not store any information about the visitor to this website unless the visitor watches the video.

As soon as the visitor plays the YouTube videos Google creates the NID cookie. This cookie is used, among other things, to customize advertising in Google products such as Google search.

(5.4.3) Use of Goolge Fonts

The Google Fonts API is designed to limit the collection, storage, and use of end-user data to what is necessary to efficiently deliver fonts.

The use of Google fonts is not authenticated. No cookies from website visitors are sent to the Google Fonts API. Requests to the Google Fonts API are directed to resource-specific domains such as fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com, so your requests for fonts are separate from those that you send to google.com and do not contain login information while using other authenticated Google services such as Gmail.

(5.4.4) Using OpenStreetMaps

This website incorporates map material from OpenStreetMap that is offered under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF). OpenStreetMap Privacy Policy

As far as we know, OpenStreetMap uses the user's data exclusively for the purpose of displaying the map functions and temporarily storing the selected settings. These data may include, in particular, IP addresses and location data of users, which, however, are not collected without their consent (as a rule within the framework of the settings of their mobile devices). (6) Information sheet in compliance with article 13 of law no. 196/03

In compliance with article 13 of law no. 196 of 30th June 2003, we hereby inform you that your personal information and data will be handled in our Pension Panorama electronic and/or paper archives, in compliance with the measures laid down by law no. 196 on the handling of personal data and information. We hereby guarantee that all data and information will be treated as confidential and handled for the following purposes:

  • compiling papers on order to fulfil the obligations required by the relevant laws and especially by the Single Text on Public Safety;
  • answer to you enquiries;

Supplying the above data is compulsory and is required by a specific law. Without this information, it would be impossible to establish contractual relations. In order to make sure that this information is handled correctly, we ask you to inform us immediately of any changes to said data. You are informed that the data and information will only be transferred to The Public Safety Authority, in accordance with the obligation stated in article 109 of the Single Text on Public Safety. The data and information handling as required by the above is of no prejudice to the rights granted to you by article 7 of law 196/03.

On 25 May 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) went into force. It is therefore important to us to inform you that we take the new Data Protection Regulation and our responsibility seriously. This website is designed to collect as little personal data as possible and only such information that are relevant and necessary for the respective situation. You have the possibility to request the deletion of the transmitted personal data from our systems (e.g. e-mail accounts, files and databases...) at any time. Just send a short eMail to info@panoramasulden.com for this purpose. You will then receive a deletion confirmation.
